Who Are We ?
A fast growing community of Cybersecurity Enthusiasts
Since 2018, the End Of File Bit Society abbreviated 'eOfbit Society' exists in a high school context, and later as a University club. All this while operating non-formally to raise awareness on cyber crimes and security measures.
In 2023, we decided to make the bold move and become a legal non-profit entity. We are now the eOfbit Society Cybersecurity Association, with registration number N°00001226/RDA/J06/SAAJP/BAPP issued by the government of Cameroon.
- Trained and mentored over 600 youths in cybersecurity.
- Spread the gospel of cybersecurity to about 8000 people worldwide.
- Inspired 50+ youths to pursue a career in cybersecurity.
- Partnered with ISC2, the Center for Cybersecurity and Education for the Certified in Cybersecurity certification.
- Partnered with the ICT University to support over 450 students to obtain the CC certification.
- Worked on a variety of projects to brigde the digital divide.
